Dates for 2024 SCBaptist Disaster Relief training events have been set as follows:

Spring Training: Saturday, March 9 in the Barnwell area (Region 6)

Unit Leader Training: Friday/Saturday, April 12-13 in the Florence area (Region 4)

Fall Training: Saturday, Oct. 12 in the Spartanburg area (Region 2)

More information will be provided later as details are worked out.

This training schedule signals a return to rotating training events among the six different regions of the state, a practice interrupted by COVID-19. SCBaptist DR uses regional areas that coordinate with the SC Emergency Management Division (EMD) regions. Our plan is to hold training events in the even-numbered regions during even years, odd-numbered regions during odd years. The sites for 2024 training, therefore, will be in Regions 2, 4, and 6.
