SCBaptist Disaster Relief volunteers are on ALERT for a potential response to Hurricane Debby. ALERT means a response is probable – prepare for potential deployment.

The SC Emergency Management Division expects flooding along the lines of 2015 in our state. DR volunteers, clear your calendar and prepare your “go bag.” Even if SC is spared from major damages, it is highly likely that Florida will need our help. As the Apostle Paul reminds us, “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” (Acts 20:35)
