Young Pastor Network Core Competencies
The Young Pastors Network is pleased to introduce and invite you to join experienced Baptist leaders in discussing twelve core competencies of pastoral leadership. This engaging series includes twelve monthly discussions designed to equip you with the core competencies essential for effective ministry in today’s world. Each month, a recognized state or national Southern Baptist leader will guide participants in discussing a critical area of pastoral leadership. These core competencies will be hosted online from 10 – 11:30 a.m., with the exception of two dates held in-person from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
