This session’s goal will be to encourage and provide insight into creating and maintaining a successful music ministry as a bi-vocational professional. I am currently in my 27th year as a music minister in South Carolina, and I know that organization, planning, and time management is of the utmost importance for bi-vocational leaders. In this breakout, I hope to provide you with practical advice and suggestions as you seek to lead your congregations in worship.
