Payment is due when a banner order is placed. You may use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or an electronic check on our secure Web site order page. If paying by credit card, we will send an invoice and a link to make a payment online.

South Carolina and local sales tax has already been paid by the SCBC on the materials and therefore is not due again.

It will take approximately three weeks to complete your banner order once your print-ready artwork has been received. Artwork cannot be checked for quality or modified, so please be sure that the submitted artwork meets all of the sizes, licensing, and resolution specifications outlined in our Artwork Guidelines (please see below).

Unfortunately not. The SCBC does not have the staff to be able to provide creative resources and/or assistance with each banner order. We recommend hiring a graphic designer or finding someone among your congregation who has experience in the area of graphic design. The SCBC can provide specifications for the artwork upon request or you may use the Artwork Guidelines (please see below).

Your order will be filled based on the option(s) that you choose when you place your order. Please review the options below. All orders that include a banner stand will come with a protective carrying case to store and transport your banner and stand.

We are not able to fill orders for any other purpose beyond the support of the ministries sponsored by and carried out by your church.

No. The SCBC provides no warranty related to materials or workmanship. Please take care when handling your banner and/or stand.

1. 7 ft. Banner stand (artwork half size: 18” X 41.25”)
2. 3 ft. Plastic Rails (artwork half size: 18” X 36”)
3. Outdoor vinyl banners should be submitted at half of the banner’s actual size.
(i.e. if you want a 3’ X 8’ banner the artwork should be set up at 1.5’ X 4’.)
