Jake and Melanie Auton

Jake will be serving as a Journeyman through NAMB’s New York City Send Relief Center, Graffiti 2 Ministry Center, and the couple will be serving together with Graffiti 2 Baptist Church in Mott Haven, South Bronx. Together, Jake and Melanie will be focused on serving by helping to meet the needs of those in the community through organizing and leading mission teams, engaging the addicted and homeless, helping to provide meals for the hungry, encouraging the flourishing of children in the community, and seeking any opportunity to glorify God by proclaiming the ultimate Good News in a city where only 4% of the population professes to believe in Christ.
Prayer Requests:
Please pray that they will have opportunities to meet and engage their neighbors in the building they just moved into.
Please pray that Jake can effectively lead all of the volunteers and missionaries that interact with Graffiti 2.
Please pray that Jake and Melanie will be bold enough to take advantage of every opportunity to share the hope of Christ with those living in darkness all around them.
