We are seeking a focused, passionate leader who is called to collegiate ministry. This person will begin and lead Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) with South Carolina State and Claflin Universities in the Orangeburg area. Duties include: identifying and equipping believing college students to serve as leaders who are missionaries to their campuses; working with student leaders to plan and execute successful worship gatherings, small group Bible studies, discipleship groups, and missions opportunities; lead students to plan effective campus outreach activities to engage lost students; equip and lead students to share their faith; promote and lead students to participate in local, national and international missions; attend Collegiate Ministry events for training and equipping; assist associations and local churches in outreach efforts toward reaching students on the South Carolina State and Claflin University campuses; and develop and lead a local collegiate ministry advisory/support team for ministry planning and financial accountability.
