Allie White

Allie, who was raised in Clinton, SC,  serves in East Africa with the Sub Saharan Africa Cluster. She grew up at First Baptist, Clinton and then moved to Lake Jackson, Texas after graduating from Newberry College. Allie worked in a church there until 2020 when she was commissioned and sent to East Africa. After a short stateside assignment in 2023, Allie returned to East Africa in July to start her Macedonia Term. This means she will be serving as an apprentice with IMB while attending seminary online.

Allie works alongside national believers as they share the gospel and do discipleship among vulnerable women in red light districts. They  also have White Stone training center,  where they work with women who are seeking to leave prostitution. The women are trained in job skills such as hairdressing and sewing, go through counseling, and most importantly, are discipled. Allie enjoys experimenting with coffee, running and baking!

Prayer requests:

• Please pray for White Stone as six new women, seeking to leave prostitution, start classes soon. Pray for them to accept Jesus as their Savior and for wisdom from God for the staff as they lead.
• Pray that Allie would deeply abide in Christ as she continues to live and work in dark places. Pray she would cling to Him as her comfort and lifter of her head.
• Pray as Allie starts seminary. Pray that God would give her wisdom and an excitement to learn more about Him.
