World Crafts
WorldCrafts, a compassion ministry of WMU, was established in 1996 with one artisan group – Thai Country Trim from Bangkla, Thailand. As WorldCrafts became known and grew, the numbers of artisan groups and countries they represented expanded. They now work with many artisan groups that provide fine, handcrafted items from around the world.
WorldCrafts is committed to their in-country partners and artisan groups; holistic in their approach as they seek to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of their workers.; and fair trade.
The vision of WorldCrafts is to “offer an income with dignity and the hope of everlasting life to every person on earth.”
As you shop for and share WorldCrafts, including through displays and parties, and as you learn about and pray for the artisans, you have a part in offering that hope of everlasting life.
