Crusader Camps: The one and only, our mainstay here at McCall since 1960! This is a five day (Mon-Fri) camp for 4th-12th graders, with age-appropriate cabins & activities for each age group. If you are a high schooler, check out the information below on our High School Cabin. Both individuals and groups are welcome. Large groups from churches are split into smaller pairs of campers to increase social interaction, growth and development. Unaccompanied by parents or adults, this is the classic summer camp experience that kids remember for a lifetime! This year offers 4 Crusader/Adventure Trip camps weeks to choose from - we’d love to see you here!
Crusader #1: June 2 - 6, 2025
Crusader #2: June 9 - 13, 2025
Crusader #3: July 7 - 11, 2025
Crusader #4: July 14 - 18, 2025
*Boys in the 4th grade during the 2023-2024 school year can attend Lad Camp and/or Crusader/Ad Rec Camp.
*All groups will be led by McCall Staff; no outside chaperones will accompany campers.
CHECK-IN
9:00am - 12:00 noon on the first day of camp
CHECK-OUT
Camp ends on Friday at 2pm.
*A yearly background screening must be completed on every camper/adult who is 18 or older by camp date.Â
HIGH SCHOOL CABIN
During Crusader Camp, cabins are separated by grade and age. High school age campers will be led by experienced, senior summer staff in an exclusive program that focuses on specific challenges they face as high school students. In addition to normal camp activities, the high school cabins traditionally participate in one overnight hike/campout away from McCall (all gear needed for overnight campout is provided).
Note: eligible high school campers include students who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, &12 during the 2022-2023 school year.

BACKGROUND SCREENINGS
If you have a camper who will be 18 years or older on their camp date, please have them complete the Background Check below.
Should an emergency arise that prevents your camper attending, the substitute camper must have a background screening done prior to camp check-in if 18 years old or older.
